Cafe Citron is one of those places in DC that you can always go to if all other attempts at having a fun night fail. It is a Latino hangout where staff from the IMF, the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank like to come for a mojito after work.
If you wish to have your confidence boosted, sleezy men at Citron are always at the ready. As the night progresses, their shirt buttons inevitably come undone. Tonight, the place was packed, as usual. Another bonus of Cafe Citron is the very friendly (and cute) male bartenders and bouncers, always eager to please with free drinks.

I think that dirty blond in the photo is Jozi...don't try to hide it. you know you loooove Citron. Anywho, in rooting for the underdogs, where else can a the ugly girls in DC find a man to sweat all over them...literally? They're just as deserving as the rest of us princesses...even in their seersuckers suits....
