Our Looks Are Not a Priority in Egypt

Looking good does not seem imporant to us in Egypt. Our make-up bags are stashed in the far corners of our luggage, and we have not used mascara in days. This even applies to night outings, which we do in our dusty flip-flops (gasp!), since even on a late night we are home by 10pm. The prep time for dinner for the two of us combined is under 60 seconds.
