What started out as quiet waterfront dinner at the restaurant in this picture turned into a rave before our eyes. The chairs that we lounged on while consuming dinner were used later as dancing tables by European partiers and ladyboys.
Even the cops that were supposed to regulate the scene took part in the festivities and sipped (through straws) cocktails out of buckets.
